Welcome to a little tour around Polyglot Translation Agency! You will learn how we operate and why most clients come back and trust us.
The doors of Polyglot Translation Agency are opened on weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm. We know that many people work till 6 pm and hence stay opened until 7 pm to let you get to us after work. If you realize you will not be able to make it by that time please give us a call and we will wait. We also operate without a break to enable you to visit us during your lunch time. Moreover, we operate on holidays and weekend by prior arrangement because a client’s convenience is our top priority.
Following this principle, we always cater to your needs:
Now we would like to explain why you can be confident in the top quality of our services. First, let us introduce our team.
Our translators have received specialized education but they do not remain complacent and are continuously enhancing their knowledge and skills: attending webinars, workshops, studying new translation tools and technologies.
At the same time each translator has some particular area of expertise and is constantly sharpening translation skills in that field – for instance, medical, legal or literary translation.
The company is owned and managed by professional translators who are well-versed in the business and know all ins and outs that may be unfamiliar to non-linguist managers.
But the key thing making Polyglot employees one team is our passion for translation and satisfaction from doing our job. We are enthusiasts who cannot imagine their lives without translation, who are committed to their job and ready to go the extra mile to find a seamless solution for every new challenge and introduce innovation.
Here is what Director of Polyglot Nadezhda Malashenkova says about her job and professional attitude: “I would like to quote Ray Bradbury: ‘It doesn't matter what you do so long as you change something from the way it was before you touched it into something that's like you after you take your hands away. The difference between the man who just cuts lawns and a real gardener is in the touching. The lawn-cutter might just as well not have been there at all; the gardener will be there a lifetime.
We are gardeners in our own domain; translation is our calling that brings satisfaction and joy and our vocation that we want to grow in. A job where we are striving for excellence every day!”
1 December, 2016 marked the ten-year anniversary of Polyglot. Over these years in the translation business, we have been proud to serve big and small clients across multiple sectors and industries.
